These terms apply when you use zofalenzi.com or buy from Zofalenzi. Zofalenzi is operated by Careerworkflux Ltd. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.
You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
We try to describe products and show prices accurately. Prices are shown in the currency you select and may be converted from USD; the amount charged is the one shown at checkout. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, in which case you receive a full refund.
Delivery options, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout and on our Shipping page. Estimates are not guarantees; customs or carrier delays can occur.
If an item does not match its listing, arrives damaged, or is the wrong item, open a case within 48 hours of delivery. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Opened or used beauty items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Full details are on our Returns page.
Some items are sold by approved third-party sellers. Sellers must list accurately and fulfil orders on time; Zofalenzi handles payment and buyer support for marketplace orders.
Do not misuse the site, attempt to access it without authorisation, scrape it at scale, or post unlawful or misleading content, including in reviews.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
