Order details: shipping name, address, phone number, items purchased and order history.

Payment details: payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store your full card number; we receive a payment reference and status.

Usage data: basic device, browser and page-view information, and cookies described in our Cookie Policy.

Messages you send us, such as support requests or return cases.

How we use it

To create and secure your account, process and deliver orders, handle returns and refunds, and answer support requests.

To send transactional emails such as sign-in codes, order confirmations and shipping updates.

To send marketing emails only where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email.

To prevent fraud, keep the site secure and comply with legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the shop: payment processing (Paystack), email delivery, hosting, and logistics and fulfilment partners who need your shipping details to deliver your order.

Sellers on Zofalenzi receive the order and shipping details needed to fulfil items you buy from them.

Authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is active, and order records for as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to marketing. Email hello@zofalenzi.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
